1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing weborasolutions.shop or contracting Webora for web engineering, AI modeling, mobile apps, or digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final settlement of project invoices, all custom source code, trained model weights, and design deliverables transfer to full client ownership.

3. Support & Service Level Warranties

Webora provides a 30-day post-launch technical bug-fix warranty on all custom web and software deployments.
